Great staff, Jake at front desk very helpful. Stayed in king room on 3rd floor - great with large balcony

The location and the view is perfect. The balcony is huge, perfect for good weather. Room is alright, toilet has some smell. A little unexpected that the communal kitchen closes during late night hours.

The place was squeaky Clean & safe with cctvs on halls.

It was a mistake booking 12 room dorm, I wanted to change but cancellation would have deducted the entire booking amount and re-booking again separately for a smaller dorm room. The guys in my room were smoking weed all night long and talking, it was a utter disappointment.

Quiet and clean. Close to airport for our early morning flight, so ideal for our requirements

Had a private double room, with en suite - so not typical hostel experience. Very nice room and facilities - basic, but good clean "motel" quality. Good view from upper floor and balcony. Nice and central in Queenstown. But expensive (paying for the location, of course).

Fast check in and check out. Center of town. Clean room with view. Very comfortable beds and sheets. Affordable.

It was close to everything that we wanted to do. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Loud techno music blared until long after midnight. You could hear everything from ajoining rooms as well. No alcohol is aloud on premises, but it is still a very loud party hostel.

OK staff. Not a great hostel but gets the job done with decent facilities and space. Crammed storage room. Lenient rules with smoking and drinking happening in the hostel dorms
