Good value for money Could have a chair in the room Is probably the only criticism

The price suited my budget and still allowed us stay in the heart of Queenstown, very happy with the quality of the rooms despite being cheap it didn't lack anything a more expensive hotel would offer that I needed given we were out all day.

This is fantastic, a location close to everything and the staff are brilliant and helpful. It's atmosphere is cozy and warm, everyone is friendly. It really is a brilliant place to stay. Highly recommended, you can go on your own and be playing piano, or sitting on the couches, it's spacious. The kitchens large, with plenty of space, large tables to eat on, and it's clean. The balcony over looks the nice bars.. it's great for a trip to Queenstown without paying the big bucks.

Easy check in process. Room was very cold when we arrived and we had to go to reception to get them to turn on the heat pump power. The bed was very comfy and we slept well considering we were surrounded by bars. One negative was that there were no towels in the room.

Pros: staff friendly.mattress comfy,location. Cons: filthy place. Kitchen dirty floors tables. Bathrooms absolutly discusting smell of sewage. Water leaking all on floor and out the door. Very noisy crowd no sleep hear. Douna cover smelt terrible, not changed for weeks prob. Would never stay here. Its the worst ever place.

The staff and location were great, but our room was not clean.

Brilliant location and very helpful staff! Luckily had a room away from the bars but only because I had to wait for nearly 2 hours to check in due to my original room not being cleaned on time.

Quiet even though it is in a busy area and full of 20-somethings.

Charged for three days when we had already paid for two via wotif. Probably a fault with Wotif. We have credit card details for this. Rip Off!

Fantastic stay in the en-suite king room. Really spacious and ours had a mini fridge so great for drinks and snacks. Walking distance to everything and every type of activity can be booked onsite with the tour team.
