i didnt like that fact that the first room we were booked into had someone else in it. i didnt like that the second room we were booked into had a continual bathroom exhaust fan running. And any room change from there would be a downgraded room.

A good place to stay, brilliant location, good price. I couldn't get the heating to work the first night and was cold! They control it centrally.

The location is fabulous. Shirt walk to the lake and in the heart of Queenstown shopping and dining.

Great place to stay, the staff are friendly and helpful. Very close walking distance to cafes, restaurants and shopping. Kitchen facilities are great. Would definitely stay here again.

Upon arriving the lobby area looks quite inviting. It has couches to relax while you wait to check-in. Like every accomodation there are good things, and things that can be improved on. Free complimentary wi-fi was a very useful incentive, as was the nice interiors and room, and it was always warm inside. However, the things I'd critique would be that the pillows were too thin, there was no powerpoints near the beds in the shared 8 person dorms, and the towel surcharge. Other than that, it was affordable and serves a purpose for a short stay. The location is perfect and I wouldn't rule out staying in the future. Thanks guys!

I liked the people, but loved the location! I was minutes from anywhere I wanted to be.

Staff very accomodating, upgrading the room and working to get the four of us friends into the same room.
