central and staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable

Excellent location with a gorgeous view of the city from the rooftop. The rooms are incredibly cosy and felt like a second home while resting up. Mercedes is a great host and was more than willing to answer any questions and requests.

The bed was very comfortable, and I fell asleep immediately. The room came with a small kitchenette and even provided a hair dryer. The view from the rooftop dining area during breakfast was lovely, offering a beautiful sight of the city and mountains.

The location is a bit removed from the very downtown area, and I heard people arguing on the street late at night.

Carmen is amazing. She makes you feel at home. Breakfast was nice. Place is cozy.

Wooden floors in halls are noisy. Would have loved a floor mat for the bathroom and matches for the stove.

Señora Carmen is lovely and will provide a cheerful breakfast! She also arranged for bag storage and (re) check in when we needed to come back. Great location close to the main plaza. I forgot my phone inside the room after check out and, after some convincing (!), the owner arranged to let me back in to get it, which was appreciated.

Be mindful of the long staircase leading to the entrance.

Cozy hotel and a good view over the city in the breakfast room. Carmen was very kind and helpful.

The room was very small and cold.

Location is excellent, 2 blocks from Plaza de Armas (downtown) with no hill to "climb", shops and restaurants nearby.

1) There´s a bar besides that every night plays loud music until 1am. 2) Breakfast has protein (ham / cheese / milky), but no fruit, at least there´s a supermarket nearby.

Carmen was the best hostess and the room and sun roof area were great.

Some rooms had trouble with hot water and it did get quite cold at night, but to be expected
