MR Hotel

I have traveled for the last 45years and this was the worst room I have ever had! I stayed at this hotel a few days before and gave it a glowing review but I now withdraw that! stayed in Room 202, this is not the second floor but 1st floor. Checkin at 2145 Checkout 2200 the following night - paid 2 nights as I traveling at 0100. Room faced the street so had busy Vehicle and Foot Traffic noise for the entire stay so little or no sleep, even had street sweeper rumbling at 0400-0430. Window was 4 meters above the street. No privacy curtain but blackout curtain only. I would swear the carpet was damp. As the management of this hotel allow the use of this room obviously this is 'banditry' at its worst - no chance of me ever staying here again! Be very aware .. rip-off

Hotel excelente, ótima localização, seguro, quarto amplo, confortável e limpo, funcionários atenciosos, gentis e sempre solícitos. Café da manhã bom, porém sem muita variedade (é o que poderia melhorar). Com certeza voltarei!

Hotel maravilhoso, localização boa, quartos limpos e cheirosos todos os dias! Café da manhã com poucas opções, porém satisfaz. Atendimento excelente e os recepcionistas muito prestativos.

Hotel on arrival very professional and friend reception. great position easy access to public transport, many restaurants and great neighbourhood. room a little dated but just fine really. returning in 3 days

A very well located hotel in Providencia within walking distance to a metro station as well as shops, amenities and attractions. Area felt safe enough for Santiago and we never had any issues. The hotel looks amazing from the outside as do the internal corridors. Our room was dated but worked well for us. No maintenance issues just older furniture. The shower was great and bathroom felt more modern. The included breakfast was basic but for the price we paid, the breakfast was great. Some staff spoke English which was helpful. Room service was quick and tasty. We enjoyed our stay here and would return.

Okay hotel for the money. Could use a good deep cleaning and maintenance sweep. Helpful staff.

Excelente a estadia no MR Hotel, o quarto que ficamos é super confortável, silencioso, camas confortáveis e toda a estrutura (inclusive uma chaleira elétrica no quarto que nos ajudou bastante). A localização é perfeita, fica perto de muitos restaurantes, supermercados, além de ficar a menos de 1km do Costanera Center. Equipe super solícita e simpática e o café da manhã muito bom!

Room 308. The view from my room was of a wall and the access ramp to the garage. The spring mattress on the bed is old and needs replacing. The layout of the rooms, those closest to the avenue, receive all the noise from the entrance hall, the breakfast area and the elevators, with groups of guests arriving and saying good night with laughter. Every night, around 11:00 PM I heard noises like brass (garbage?) being dragged and men talking loudly. The room is spacious, very clean, with an electric kettle and sachets of coffee, teas, sugar and sweetener. The breakfast is very hearty and sufficient. The staff are very professional and extremely friendly. The hotel is in a very good, safe area with plenty of restaurant, snack bar, pizzeria and transport options. Uber works very well in Santiago.

Hotel muito bom. Apesar de ser mais antigo, está bem conservado. A localização é excelente. Tem muitos restaurantes proximos, shopping. Metro. Dá pra fazer tudo a pé. 10 minutos de caminhada do Costanera e do teleferico. O café da manha que poderia melhorar com mais opções.
