MR Hotel

Great location.

El personal de recepción no sabe nada de lo que le preguntas ni el guardia de la entrada. Las empleadas de limpieza muy amables. El desayuno

The hotel was a little out of the centre but easy to get as it was right on the metro line. Lovely wide tree lined streets & safe area. Staff were very helpful & offered all the information I needed. Breakfast was plentiful & there was a nice pool & Gym. I needed to checkout during the evening to get a flight, as I would miss breakfast the next morning they provided me with a breakfast box. Highly recommend.

Parking situation is a nightmare Has very few Amenities. No iron box in the room. Room carpet was dirty. Very run down interiors and corridors. Only reception and dining area are good.

Very noisy hotel we had a room overlooking the foyer. Due to the acoustics, it was a struggle at night. Also a lot of street noise in the room. In-between that and jet-lag was uncomfortable and sleep was a struggle. Breakfast is awful!! - There are a limited number of dishes with the only hot food being scrambled eggs which were soggy and undercooked, as well as some sort of sausage and bacon. Unlabled so you didn't quite know. A bit of cold meat, some cheddar cheese slices and a bit of stale pastries. Really subpar. Rooms are a nice size and beds are comfortable. Beautiful hardwood floors in the corridors. Be aware, not a lot of English speaking staff. Situated in a nice part of town and close to public transport. There are a lot of nice restaurants in the area. If you're feeling suicidal, the hotel restaurant does seem to offer lunch and dinner though.

Good location, safe neighbourhood, spacious rooms, friendly staff. very decent breakfast, good gym and large pool. The rooms are dated and not too clean but it was ok for 1 night especially for the price we paid

Decent value in a great area of Providencia

Spent one week at Mr.Hotel. The hotel is located in a convenient area of Santiago. Walking distance to several restaurants, shops, metro and costanera centre. The room was dated but clean and very spacious for my family which included 3 full beds. The breakfast was the same each morning but there was something for everyone. The pool was warm and open late.

Excellent staff. The hotel is located in a very good area.

Excellent hotel & location. One inconsistency though: Expedia lists the hotel as having a Jacuzzi, when in fact it only has a pool.
