MR Hotel

The hotel was in a pleasant part of the city. There were plenty of places to eat nearby as well as many shops too. Bus stations as well as the subway were close by allowing easy access to wherever you needed to go.

Gracious staff and a good location for a very reasonable price.

Need to upgrade the bathroom. No toilet paper holder missing- they just pit the toilet roll on the toilet tank. Only one hook in the bath room to hang just one bath towel. Nothing else. Closet have dirty towel and debris on the floor. yuck mini refrig leaking- stilled 1 week there and kept telling them to fix it. Have to put a towel inside to prevent the leak. Replace a other one still leak but less. Breakfast always the same- not good. Only thing good is location.

Great location near dining and metro. Quiet hotel with great staff. Only flaw was pool was not heated. Highly recommend this hotel

O hotel é uma "repaginação" de um hotel antigo e algumas coisas deixam a desejar, como o banheiro de modo geral e as toalhas. Acabamos indo para um hotel próximo, mais novo e até mesmo mais barato...

Ar Condicional péssimo. Barulhento e não refrigera. Luz do Banheiro por ser acionada pelo quarto incomoda quem está dormindo. Cheiro do quarto não muito agradável. Atendimento e recepção ruim. Atende a vários h´´ospedes ao mesmo tempo.

O hotel tem uma boa apresentação no rol de entrada. A equipe de recepção é atenciosa, no geral. Os quartos apesar de contarem com canas e travesseiros bons são ultrapassado com carpete que dão um cheiro de mofo de boas vindas. O Box é com um vidro pequeno que significa molhar todo o piso do banheiro num simples banho. E tem um chuveiro ruim, estilo chuveirinho. O pior de tudo é a ineficiência do sistema de ar condicionado. Santiago é uma cidade quente no verão, e parece que só são preparados para o inverno. Eu e minha esposa passamos muito, muito calor no quarto. Café da manhã apenas OK! Enfim, dei nota média, mas não devo me hospedar novamente neste hotel.

Very very very good hotel. Very good stuff. Brilliant service. In regards cleaning services very good too. Replacing towels whenever you want even replacing soaps as well every day. Breakfast ok. Can be a little improved. A bit more fruit options. Plenty of cakes, coffees, teas, actimels, yogurts.
