Great place and great location!

Small but very comfortable hotel with excellent views, lovely staff and great amenities.

You can’t beat the proximity to the train station and the Coop market. The room was beautiful - spacious with a great balcony and view. We were able to take out pizza from the restaurant and eat on our balcony. Neil at the front desk was so kind and helpful. He was the face of the hotel and he is fantastic at it!

Perfect location for a stay in Wengen. Steps away from the train station, and convenient to all that Wengen has to offer - make sure you get a mountainside room because the views are next level. Restaurant was excellent, offering a bkfast buffet, and full service lunch and dinners (with a fantastic pizza!)

The views from our room and balcony for dinners was awesome. The dinners were great and we thought the half-board option was a good deal. Staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs.

The location is right next to the train station, so easy access for hauling your luggage. At night, the train does come by and it is quite loud, will wake you up but it goes away fast. It's pretty quiet at night somce the shopping stops at 6 or 630, but you will get the later night people by the hotel making some noise. There is no AC so we slept with the door open and the cool air was amazing! We had no view of the mountains which was disappointing and tried to move rooms but weren't allowed to. The in room coffee is instant and not great. Shower in our room was tiny and ended up getting water all over the floor. Our too. Was very tiny for the two is as we booked a "double room" but was told it was the budget room?? Didn't realize that so be sure to ask for a view or a sizable room. We didn't have a lot of place to put our suitcase and moved some stuff around. Restaurant has great food and breakfast is the same every morning and it's ok. Doesn't open until 730am so plan accordingly. Had we known the grocery store was so close and the food there amazing, we would have gotten an Airbnb. Super impressed with the Coop! Train ride down to Lauterbrunnen is super convenient and fast and steps from the hotel. Food is expensive so be prepared!

Such a great place with amazing views of the mountain. The service was excellent as well. I also like that it was just a short walk to the train station. For us, we liked Wengen as it’s a no car village. It’s also much easier to get to than Mürren.
