Convenient location and big room

The staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is good. Support from the hotel is good.

We had an overall good experience here. The workers were experienced in speaking with foreigners. They were thorough in their explanation. Being an “green” hotel we only had 2 towels for 4 people, however the staff was helpful when we asked for more. The building is older, but it was not dirty. They had done a good job with the decorations. The new trend of having a window from the bedroom into the bathroom is annoying to a family, but thankfully there was a blind to roll down. Overall the room was sufficient. The view was beautiful. The hotel is conveniently located near the yellow/orange subway line. There are several convenient stores as well. Parking is paid only but the hotel gives an ok rate if you stay there.

This is probably one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in relative to the price I paid. The room was spacious and clean with a large walk-in shower and a decent view from my hotel window. The hotel is roughly a 10 minute walk from the nearest metro station and there are bus stops almost directly outside the building. There's not a huge amount of dining options right near the hotel but there's a night market about a 15 minute's walk away. Overall I was very pleased with this hotel and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Feel comfortable and provide reasonable facilities. Location is slightly off from central areas. Taking bus to Taipei central areas like Taipei Main Station and Ximending is faster.

This is a dated property with nothing close for dining. The weather was dropping to as low as 8 degrees and this property is not heated. my room was usually 19 degrees. On the second day they supplied a space heater. The WIFI was terrible. Inconsistent. Could not do video calls had to use phone date. The club floor is not utilized and they happy hour they offer for all guests was , well sad. My room smelled musty upon arrival. I think this was a very nice hotel back in tis day but should no longer be considered 4 star.

its near to train station and 7-11

Rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet had ample options ranging from western to Taiwanese food. There is metro station about a 5-10 min walk away. However, location wise may not be the most ideal if you intend to spend most of your trip within Taipei as this hotel is situated at the edge of New Taipei City. If this isn't an issue this hotel is a great choice.
