The staff were accommodating and very kind. I had to book this room last minute because a few of those in our party of twenty thought they were getting two bedroom suites, but had two bed rooms instead and they were uncomfortable with so many people. I ended up reserving an executive suite that had the most wonderful view of the city and was my favorite stay in my 10 day trip.

Very lovely and elegant hotel. Clean and quiet. Staff are courteous and helpful.

The hotel is close to the MRT station, which is very convenient, But the condition of the road to MRT station is not very good, the road surface is undulating and is very inconvenient to walk.

1. Happy hour for free flow of beer and snacks from 8pm to 9pm daily for hotel guests. 2. Free washing maching and dryer use but with opening hours time limit. 3. Loved the open concept toilet so that I can see my 2 little children using the toilet safely, while in bed. 4. Loved the eco-friendly water refill jugs. Can refill sparkling water too! 5. Size of room is good. Enough space for my 2 children to play. 6. Pillow menu! So many kinds of pillows to choose from. Loved it! 7. Check in counter staff greets you all the time instead of leaving you invisible. 8. Extra toiletries can collect from reception. 9. Walkable to a nearby night market. 10. Direct bus to Ximending and dan shui. 11. Would definitely come back to this awesome hotel. Recommend to friends too! What a wonderful experience. 12. Nearby convenience stall. Near to train station. Bus stop very near as well.
