Very good staff service. We asked the hotel to give us masks during our stay at the hotel because we couldn't buy masks. The staff provided us the masks although they were also under short supply. The fitness room is small and only a few machines worked. The washing room was good and fitted with enough number of washing and drying machines. There was basically little shops and restaurants around the hotel. However a U-bike station is just outside the hotel and it is convenient to get to and fro the hotel from the nearby MRT station.

Firstly we felt the friendliness of the staff straight away on arrival and very professional too. All throughout our stay it was the same , with greetings from literally every staff upon encounter. The room was a good size, very spacious and comfortable. The services provided by the hotel were excellent with a tea and coffee room and also a self service laundry room with washers and dryers. These services were all inclusive by the way. On the way out one day, it was raining and we were lent an umbrella by the staff. Very considerate and it’s little things like this that makes an establishment truly special. Overall, one of the best hotels I’ve been to and value for money too.
