Great venue and good staff

If you need to stay in Zhongli, Taiwan, I guess is ok but if you can stay in Taipei is better.

Excellent everything - felt warm welcome every time when returned to the hotel. Strongly recommended.

I've traveled a lot. First time in Taiwan and to this hotel chain. I was exceptionally impressed with everything: the professionalism of all staff, the quality of the facilities, the bed, finishings and bathroom. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The location is across the river but 500 meters from the Orange subway line. There is a small nice gym and a free self service laundry room with a coffeeachine. My only suggestion to make a stay more pleasant for non-Chinese would be to provide at least one if not 3 international English news stations. This is the first hotel in my life (300 hotels visited) that did not offer any?

Really comfortable with very attentive staff, extremely courteous and always keen to help. When we left the doorman waved until we were out of sight which was just a lovely final proof point

Nice hotel - I can feel they wanna make guests feel comfortable! But check in experience was bad on March 4th- no room till 3pm ( I was told by Mr. Li, and he made mistake by counting my cash for their safe box and the note of the cash amount was written with a Pencil 李先生把我钱少报了 还有铅笔写- 不正规，很不专业！）We wish spring bottle water for more convenience! Nice free cookies and fruit!

Very surprised that this hotel has self operated washing and drying machines for free. Also a very nice comment resting room for guests. I like this hotel.
