Northern Lights Inn Rugby

The staff was so kind! I got there after a 9-hour flight and they had closed but they took time to get me checked into a room. I was very pleased and would definitely stay there again! 11/10

First room I was given the bed had been slept in. Second room was not very cleaned. Property has a sewer smell and no hot water

Had to get moved to a different room as keys didn’t work. New room had old clothes in drawers, no remote, and barely any hot water.

Nice clean place to stay. Will definately use again.

It was a place to stay with inclement weather predicted for tomorrow. Would rather have stayed home but i only did this for my job so i can open up in the morning

Old and dated but relatively clean. Reminds me of hotels back in the 80’s. Pool is out of commission. Room is really spacious but sheets aren’t the cleanest. They are washed but there are spots on them.

It was very dirty, and the heat was off when we got into the room. When we got the heat working it smelt like somebody went to the bathroom on the heater.

Convenient, clean. No hot water..given a lame excuse but not fixed. Light not working.

Outlets didn’t work - I stayed two nights no maid service . I left 5$ with desk attendant for whoever came to pick up room . It was just put in a drawer .

Had to run the hot water for 15 minutes just to get it warm enough to shower.
