Excellent property. Well located. Helpful staff. Clean and well equipped

The recent modern renovation was superbly accomplished. Very comfortable and quiet. Staff was tremendous.

For me, it was very good. After reading some bad reviews I was apprehensive about what to expect. The reception was polite, courteous & helpful. My room was really good at front (#25), clean, morning sun, good wifi & clean linen. I really can't fault it.

This is a very nice apartment-hotel in the best part of Kiev. The things you want to see are almost all within walking distance. The staff is friendly. My room had a refrigerator and a microwave, plus a living room separate from the bedroom. It was very comfortable. There is no on-site restaurant, but within a 5 minute walk are some of the best restaurants in Kiev. I highly recommend this place, and I plan to stay there again.

*Initially, it was a little peculiar to have the washing facilities in the bedroom with a toilet and shower in a small room. However we soon got use to it. It really was only a small niggle. What was a greater problem was the lack of cupboards and wardrobes. A clothes rail was provided jutting out of one wall. Without any draws, clothes were stored in open bedside tables. Again we soon got used to this There was a fridge in the room which was very noisy and had to be unplugged at night. We did not pursue this with Reception as we only stored water in it.

This is an excellent and affordable apart-hotel close to the city center but away from the craziness of Maidan and Khreshchatyk. It is located in an old (i.e., super tall ceilings) renovated building on a residential street half a block away from the Universitet metro station. The rooms/apartments are clean and spacious with excellent bathrooms (some have washing machines). Kitchens are new and well stocked. The hotel does not have a restaurant or some other amenities of big hotel chains like Hilton, but it is much cheaper and just as comfortable for a few days or a longer business/vacation stay. The hotel is located close to several very good breakfast and dinner options (the pie place on the corner is a must!) and in walking distance to many major attractions in Kyiv. The staff was very helpful and courteous and spoke great English. We had a bigger group (people from the US, UK, Israel, and France) staying at the hotel and an unexpected technical problem occurred right before our arrivals. The staff at first tried to move several of our rooms to a different hotel (at no cost and with upgrades) but when they realized that we had more rooms booked for the group, they worked with us to resolve the situation and made it so that we all stayed together at the originally booked hotel. They even gave each of us a complimentary box of chocolates for our troubles! It was a great stay for all of us and we would definitely consider Senator for our next trip to Kyiv!

A nice modern well equipped clean room with a balcony you could walk out on. However the bedding was a bit firm for us. The staff were friendly and helpful

everything was ok .. in the exception of the abcense of hot water . i conplained first time and notching happened , complained a second time in the same day receptionist attended my call and hot water never came . i went down to check with check in if there is another room . changed my room and kept it and returned the old room key . the new room did not have hot water .. it had just warm water . for the money i paid , this is not acceptable .

Location steps from transportation options and safe being near several embassies. Lots of food and drink options, too. Staff very courteous and the rooms were attractive and very clean. I would stay here again!
