Senator City Center

We really enjoyed our month stay in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and professional. They are always ready to help and always meet you with a big smile, especially Natalie and Max. Front desk helped us a lot with ordering taxi at a flat rate, so we were able to manage very comfortably without renting a car. At our request they upgraded us to a bigger apartment with a balcony. The housekeeping is efficient and thorough. The prime location in the historic part of the city is a big plus, too. You’ll find the gorgeous botanical garden, museums, the university park and the national opera and ballet theater within easy walking distance. I recommend the hotel to anyone who visits Kyiv for business or pleasure. Hope the hotel has a loyalty program.

It's a very nice hotel. Stayed for two nights in the one bedroom apartment which is gorgeous. Room is clean and big and had everything I needed. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. I was able to walk to almost anything I wanted. My favorite thing about the room was the heated bathroom floor. I will stay at the Senator again.

My apartment was beautifully warm, recently redecorated and very well equipped. Perfect for my 3 night weekend stay. I would recommend it to everybody. Staff were helpful and very friendly. I shall return with pleasure.

Since I like the neighbourhood I decided to try to this place. It is extremely comfortable with big spaces and very quiet ideal for resting. Internet worked very well so it helped a lot. The only downside is that there is no service of eating so needed to buy my breakfast and dinners elsewhere. Not a big issue but after a long working day going out to dinner is sometimes exhausting. Otherwise a very good place to stay at!

This is my second stay at this location, and it was again fantastic. Centrally located near a metro and in walking distance to most city features and an easy commute to business areas- and a plus- plenty of parking! Understanding my nationality, the staff even took time to acknowledge US Independence Day while I was there (my trip happened to be over the 4th of July holiday). The rooms are a little worn in places, but the size, comfort, convenience far outweighs anything. Rather than renting a private apartment without any cleaning services, there was an attentive staff that did light cleaning each day. Each room I have stayed in had a washing machine which comes in handy over a long stay. This wasn't a cramped, dark and tiny European style room or apartment- this was very modern and comfortable- especially from an American perspective. During my next stay in Kiev, this is where I will be- when I compare to western-branded hotel prices (which I have used a lot of in Kiev), the value and lifestyle far outweighs the loss of hotel rewards programs.

Quiet, comfortable and neat. Good location. Contains all necessary amenities including a washing machine that was really helpful after a long trip around Europe.

It was a fairly good option in the center of Kyiv. Nice and spacious apartment. Would've been good to have easier access to some items in-house. Especially in the first 12 hours since I landed at night. Staff was friendly and very helpful and the location is great. The safe broke on the 3rd day but they fixed it within 10 minutes and I was on my way. If you're a seasoned traveler that doesn't need the bells and whistles of a hotel then this is definitely the way to go! I intend to go back next time I'm in Kyiv.
