"Great location, outstanding service."

It was a very good experience. Veronica, the administrator, is fluent in English and highly professional. The support staff are prompt and very courteous. There are local sights, restaurants, supermarkets and banks. If you're in Kiev and don't want to be in the heart of the tourist area but still see city life, this is a great choice. Wifi could be better but it's of a good standard.

Very happy with this hotel. Extremely helpful staff. Very convenient location. Good value for center of Kiev. Just wish they didn't try to charge 4 euros for extra towels or 10 for a different pillow - that's kind of nickel and dimey.
