Loved the club room and restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true resort experience. The property itself is stunning and well-maintained, offering the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The food was amazing—every meal was a highlight and clearly prepared with care. What really set this place apart, though, was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. We were especially impressed by their quick response times and how they provided detailed, thoughtful answers to all our questions. If you're looking for a beautiful escape with top-tier service, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back

The staff at so attentive and friendly go out of their way to give you the best experience, not to separate them out but in particular the staff at the Bistro and around the club pool. The grounds and gardens are beautifully maintained. making for such tranquil relaxed surroundings

The menu at Vivo is quite limited not enough of authentic Goan cuisine.

Fantastic 2 day stay at Alila Diwa Goa! We had booked two standard rooms but the Front Office team surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to two luxury suites truly unforgettable. Special thanks to Vijay, Breanna, Denver and the entire FO team for the warm hospitality. The serene natural surroundings made it a perfect weekend escape. Dining at Vivo was equally impressive kudos to the chefs and the F&B team especially Aditi, Jamine and Payal for their attentive service and great recommendations. If you’re looking to unwind away from the corporate hustle this is the perfect peaceful getaway. Highly recommended!

If I could give zero stars for this stay, I would. Our experience at the Alila Diwa Goa was an absolute disgrace and easily one of the lousiest 5-star hotel experiences I have ever endured. We booked the Family Suite—one of the most expensive room categories on the property—expecting a premium, comfortable stay. Instead, we were assigned Room 302 on the third level, only to discover that both elevators were entirely out of order. We were forced to take the stairs. My wife has a serious knee condition, making climbing three flights of stairs incredibly painful and difficult. The hotel completely failed to disclose this massive accessibility issue before we checked in. Had they been transparent, we would have absolutely chosen not to stay here. Beyond the unacceptable lift situation, the property itself feels incredibly dated. It may look shiny and impressive from the outside, but it is creaking and falling apart on the inside. To make matters worse, the centralized air conditioning in our suite’s living room was an absolute joke. There was absolutely no cooling whatsoever. Goa is currently hot and humid, and the inside of our expensive suite felt exactly the same as the outdoors. Key failures of this stay: Zero Accessibility: Both lifts broken with no prior warning for guests with mobility or knee issues. Failing Infrastructure: A dated property with non-functional centralized AC in premium suites. Uncaring Staff: The team seemed completely indifferent to our profound discomfort and the severe inconvenience caused by their broken amenities. This stay was a complete waste of a significant amount of money. When you pay for a 5-star experience, you expect basic amenities like working elevators and air conditioning, along with a staff that actually cares when things go wrong. Alila Diwa Goa failed on every single front. Avoid this property if you value your comfort, your money, and your peace of mind.
