Pullman Danang Beach Resort

We've visited Danang and back to Pullman having lunch. Highly recommend every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. Compliments to the chef Van.

This was our 7th stay at this wonderful Hotel and probably our best yet. We enjoyed every moment of our 10 night stay ! The staff are wonderful and very genuine, they really do make our stay so enjoyable and the new GM certainly sets a great example with taking the time to chat with us whenever we ran into him. It was great to have the evening back for Accor Diamond and Platinum members , not only did we meet the very likeable GM, it was also nice to chat to fellow travellers. So no wonder we stay loyal to the Accor group. We booked a junior suite and were more than happy with our room, we appreciated the recognition of my Accor Diamond membership with the very nice amenity welcome gift. The housekeeping did a fantastic job everyday , right down to the little things like topping up the body wash. We enjoyed our top notch breakfast every morning, the French Chef in charge is doing a great job! It was wonderful to see Daisy again who gave us such a warm genuine hug on seeing us again and make sure we were well looked after every day. Jenny was just the best at reception as well as the bell boy Kelvin. We can’t wait to come back again for our 8th stay next year.

Very friendly staff upon arriving at the hotel. The front desk staff who helped us (Dan) was super helpful, make us feel welcome. We would love to stay here again!

I had the best stay here at Pullman Da Nang, all the staff are very helpful, the room is clean and very relaxing. The beach and pool are clean as well and very spacious you won’t feel the crowd of the guests. All their restaurants offer great food as well. I also enjoyed the free yoga class every morning if only I could do that everyday with them I will, the instructor was very kind. I love everything here and will definitely come back!

The location of the hotel is good. HOWEVER there are a number of serious issues that guests should be aware of, 1. Excessive noise from the common corridor and surrounding rooms significantly disrupted the comfort and rest expected during the hotel stay. Loud door banging from adjacent and opposite rooms occured repeatedly during early morning and late-night hours, with noise easily penetrating into the room due to poor sound insulation. 2. The shower area has also been inadequately designed resulting in water escaping into other parts of the bathroom. This causes the bathroom floor outside to be slippery creating a safety hazard particularly for elderly guests and young children. 3. A MAJOR concern relates to the hotel's "Do Not Disturb" system, where the external privacy indicator automatically switches off once the key card is removed. This creates a serious privacy and security issue, as hotel staff entered the room while we were away at breakfast despite our expectation that the room should not be accessed. At that time personal belongings and valuables were left exposed in the room. Although fortunately nothing was missing, the incident caused significant concern and demonstrates a flawed room occupancy and privacy control system that places guests at unnecessary risk.

What a wonderful experience. We booked through Luxury Escapes which had an all inclusive package at the time. Very relaxed atmosphere, location is probably the best of the big resorts, food and drinks were all good. Sometimes we just ate out to try different things though. Kelvin at the lobby is the best. Super helpful and will organise basically anything for you. Overall this has been a fantastic trip.

The hotel has an outstanding kids’ area, and the staff especially Ms. Thuy and Ms. Thao were incredibly friendly and helpful. My daughters truly enjoyed all the activities throughout our stay. Thank you!
