"Good resort"

Good hotel with diversity of food for breakfst, good location with so many services around like laundry, massage, local restaurant. Also the beach is right behind the resort so it is convenient to enjoy it. Sauna and jacuzzi are also included which makes me satisfied. The recptionists, Mrs. Thu, Dan, Jenny, Ami, Diep, are always so nice and helpful with their beautiful smile whenever I need. Will return soon and reccomend to others

Khách sạn có không gian thoáng rộng, biển đẹp và sạch sẽ. Bể bơi rất to, tôi thấy là bể bơi to nhất trong các chuỗi resort ven biển. Phòng khách sạn và nhà vệ sinh bố trí hợp lý, ở thoải mái. Bữa sáng xuất sắc, đa dạng, nhiều món ăn, đồ uống. Gia đình tôi đặc biệt thích quầy trứng và đồ ăn nước (mỳ , phở) . Tôi đánh giá rất cao những chai nước hoa quả đóng chai thủy tinh, thể hiện sự sạch sẽ, tươi mới. Nhà ăn có nhân viên đứng tất cả các vị trí, sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khách gọi đồ uống cafe và hỗ trợ khi cần. Thái độ của toàn bộ nhân viên rất tốt . Cách vận hành chung của khách sạn rất chuyên nghiệp, hiện đại , đẳng cấp, và tôi thấy xứng đáng với giá tiền.

Điều tôi thấy hơi phiền là buổi tối có nhiều khách gọi đồ ăn về phòng, sau đó họ để bát đĩa và đồ ăn thừa ra ngoài hành lang. Tuy nhiên vào lúc 7h30 sáng khi tôi đi ăn sáng thì thấy vẫn chưa được dọn. Nó tạo cảm giác không ok vào lúc sáng sớm. Khách sạn có thể bố trí người dọn đồ vào lúc sớm , hoặc nói khách chủ động gọi lễ tân để dọn thay vì các phòng để đồ ăn ra ngoài hành lang.
