A truly wonderful stay with exceptional service! ​I stayed here for two nights, and everything—the breakfast, the beach, the gardens, and the room—was absolutely beautiful. ​Upon arrival, I realized I had left my phone in the car. I spoke with Emmy at the concierge desk, and she was incredibly helpful and kind in resolving the issue. I am truly grateful for her support. Every staff member I encountered was also very friendly and always greeted me with a smile.

​The only minor downside was the loud karaoke coming from an event at the neighboring hotel, which affected the atmosphere a bit. However, this was outside of the hotel’s control, so it couldn’t be helped. ​Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Thank you for a lovely stay!

1階の部屋を案内されたが、外から丸見えでカーテンもなく引戸を閉めっぱなしにしなければならず暗い部屋、高額なホテル代だったがとても5つ星ホテルに滞在していると思えなかった。 今回他のホテルにも滞在したが、朝食についてもおいしいと思えなかった。
