My daugher very happy and enjoyed at kids club. Ms Thao kids club staff who is good take care my kids . She very lovely and friendly . Have many activities for them balloon toys and arm panting . We are happy and wonderfull holidays. Thank and will come back

I returned to the property once again after one year and it truly was like coming home. I was immediately recognized and welcomed by so many people I was happy to see again. I want to especially thank the following people: Lan: so full of positive energy and took time each day to engage me in a true conversation about me, my day and provided great advice for my plans. Jenny: so kind and interested in the quality of my stay. Thomas: for his friendliness and caring about my plans. Daisy: for providing the best service and personality at breakfast; a friend. At the Lobby Bar: Vy, Thao, Tin, Linh and Huyen, all of which are so kind and took time engage in conversations and some fun laughs while never missing a beat regarding service. They are awesome. EVERYONE in Housekeeping: so many people attended to my room and requests helping to make my room so pleasant. I also want to thank Thu in Namaka for her friendliness and laughs. The location is great and the private beach is quiet and spotless.

Very enjoyable with good service. The room was spacious and perfect for families, and the breakfast was delicious, but it gets very crowded if you go late. The Kids Club offered great activities, which my child really loved. The staff were fantastic, especially evie at the concierge. She was incredibly helpful and gave us many great suggestions for our day trips, all of which we truly enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again.

Had drinks at the bar, lovely house special cocktail, looked after very well by Linh & Huyen , great atmosphere looking out towards the beach. Dined twice at the restaurant, good food from the Vietnamese menu and great service from young lady first time (apologies can’t recall her name) and second time by Daisy. Chau was very helpful.

The hotel is amazing, from the facilities to the service. The breakfast is very varied, the rooms are clean and super comfortable. The staff are great, such as Tanh, the lady who does guest services, and the guys who work at the entrance. Everyone is very kind and helpful.

Beach and pool was fantastic and clean. Breakfast was awesome.

No bed or towel was provided for our child despite him being on the booking. The staff's English was occasionally so poor we couldn't even book what we needed. Eg at the spa, the lady had no idea what we wanted (a massage). Like its not hard to guess when you work at the spa.

I had a very pleasant stay with well-organised and reliable service throughout. The staff were professional and discreet. Hotel provides a lot of services for me to enjoy during my stress-relief trip. Evie was particularly helpful and attentive, which I appreciated.

Cleanliness of hotel, staff are lovely, efficient and responsive, facilities are good.

I was relaxing on the beach one afternoon, but then there was some kind of corporate event, which ruined the relaxation for me but I understand that the hotel needs to accommodate to their clients. That's the only thing I disliked.
