Had a really enjoyable stay at Pullman Da Nang Beach Resort and would like to thank Ms. Thao and the team for taking such good care of me. From check-in onwards, everything was smooth and well organised. My requests were handled in advance and communication between the staff was excellent, which made the stay very comfortable and stress-free. Ms. Thao kindly upgraded me to a Deluxe Partial Bay View room, and I truly enjoyed the balcony and the relaxing view. It made a big difference to my trip and gave me a great place to unwind. As an Accor Platinum member, I also appreciated the complimentary limousine service to and from the hotel. It was punctual, efficient, and very convenient. Overall, warm service, professional staff, and great attention to detail. I would happily recommend Pullman Da Nang to both business and leisure travellers.
