Отель немного устарел и как будто хочет ремонта. Завтраки довольно однообразны (небольшой выбор еды) Лежаков не хватало на пляже и у бассейна. Цены высокие в баре и в ресторане.

I had a wonderful stay at Pullman. The staff were genuinely lovely and incredibly accommodating with my food intolerances, which made a huge difference to my experience. The location is excellent — right on the beach — and the grounds are massive, beautifully maintained, and very peaceful. I stayed in a penthouse suite, which was absolutely amazing. Being able to hear the waves from the balcony was a real highlight, and the private jacuzzi was a lovely touch. The hotel feels spacious and relaxing, and everything is very well organised. The gym was fine, though I do think it could be more extensive for a resort of this size. Overall, a great stay with warm, attentive staff, a fantastic beachfront setting, and a very high standard of accommodation Daisy was amazing also

Staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful beach, clean and comfortable facility. I enjoyed saunas and surfed there on beach. Good breakfast.

Understandably this hotel only accepted the deposit in dong currency. In Phuket, some hotels accepted the cash deposit in other currency than thai bahts.

部屋が広くて快適。 朝食ビュッフェは種類も多くて美味しくて最高！

トイレのドアがなかった。(洗面所のドアと兼用ドアだった。) 最初、ディポジットのシステムが分からず、戸惑った。予約時点で説明があればよかったかも。

彼の体調が悪くなり海外で不安でしたが、とても親身に対応してくださいました。

清潔で掃除が行き届いています。スタッフも皆さん礼儀正しく、常に笑顔でホスピタリティに溢れています。例えばタオルの追加もすぐに対応してくれ、レストランでの忘れ物も探し出してくれました。中心部まで車で20分程度、周囲にもコンビニやレストランも多く便利な立地です。雨季でしたが天候にも恵まれ快適な滞在となりました。
