"amazing experience at the Pullaman"

we had good experience at pullaman, the property is well maintained. We were vegan and the service provided by Vi, Thanh and Vu at the restaurnt was amazing, the customised the meal for us and made sure we dont go hungry

"Friendless Staff"

Amazing stay and staff are the best! Thank you to all the amazing staff, from admin Kath and Thu, driver Vu and the restaurant staff (too many to name) and cleaning staff. Our rooms were spotless, excellent service. Concierge staff made our stay fun and they were all wonderful. A big shout out to Nick thank you for your gift, we will always remember Da Nang and appreciate your kindness.

"Great stay"

Very comfortable with good service. There are interconnecting rooms for families with kids like us and breakfast was very good. They also had kids activities at the kids club like hat painting and the grounds and beach were lovely though waves were too strong for us to swim. Hotel staff were great especially nic at the concierge. He was very helpful and gave us many ideas when we were deciding on where to go for our day trips and recommended a tour of Hue which we enjoyed tremendously. Would stay here again

As a guest at Duc and Lan’s wedding, I truly felt the dedication of the staff throughout the entire event. Everyone was kind, helpful, and extremely well-organized. Special appreciation goes to Trinh, Lài, Châu, Vy, and Tình from the F&B team — their efforts definitely made the celebration even more special. I would also like to give huge thanks to Hòa, the male PA staff member, for handling an unexpected situation so professionally. He took great care of my drunk friend and even cleaned everything up afterward. When I tried to give him a tip, he politely refused and said he was simply doing his job with his whole heart. His patience and support were deeply appreciated. Thank you for such wonderful service!
