"Execeptional Hotel Experience"

Incredible introduction and service. (Alexa was wonderful) being picked up from the station and dropped off, room was exceptional, felt like royalty. Private dinner was wonderful, this hotel made for great memories.

First time trying ryokan. Went absolutely above my expectations! Fancy private dining room that you both eat dinner and breakfast at. Very friendly staff who walks you through everything. Amazing private onsen with a beautiful view. Food was amazing! Shuttle bus was quick. Absolutely huge room, even for western standards!

В отеле есть русскоговорящий персонал, что очень здорово, если это первый опыт посещения подобных отелей. В отеле персональный подход к еде - уточняют про аллергии и составляют меню с учетом ограничений в еде. Еда, к слову сказать, очень вкусная

"sehr angenehm und zu empfehlen"

Das Essen und vor allem die Betreuung waren überdurchschnittlich. Frau Kohmoto kam sogar anihrem freien Tag zum Bahnhof, um uns neim Lösen der Fahrkarten behilflich zu sein, - wer macht das sonst??? Die Aussicht über den Biwasee sehr schön. In der Nähe gab es interessante Besuchsziele.

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war für uns ältere Europäer etwas unbequem, da es neben Sitzkissen nur ganz niedrige Stühle gab.
