Номер отличный (брали с видом на лагуну, где плавали рыбки и варан), новые, убирали на 5+ До центра острова и основных экскурсий около часа езда на такси (примерно 1500 бат) На пляже волны иногда могут закрутить, но в основном, спокойные дни

The hotel is set in a stunning location by the Andaman Sea, amongst tropical gardens and has all the amenities you’d expect (even a gym apparently!). Our room was spacious and well appointed, and meticulously maintained by the housekeeping staff (cleaned every day). Reception staff were very friendly and efficient. They even located and returned a pair of sunglasses I had managed to lose in the first couple of days. Breakfast was a highlight. Huge choice and lovely team who quickly made us feel at home. There is little in the way of evening entertainment at the hotel but they do run a shuttle into Mai Khao plaza which gives other dining options. We enjoyed the buffet options in the main restaurant but felt some of them to be over priced compared to what is available elsewhere. There was virtually no evening entertainment at the hotel and little more in Mai Khao Plaza just down the road. However, it is a quiet area so don’t expect a vibrant nightlife. We came to chill and weren’t disappointed. By far THE BEST part of our stay were the endless hours spent by the pool. We cannot commend R, Aod and Sun who looked after us so well. They made us laugh so much and kept us supplied with refreshments until the sun went down. A real credit to the Renaissance team !!

This was absolutely the best hotel I've been to in Thailand. The pool guys was so kind, servicemided and absolutely amazing. R and Aod gave us 10 star service. They served us and joked with us as soon we arrived. We will definitely come back to this beautiful hotel very soon. Once again R and Aod made our stay amazing ❤️

I always have an amazing time at the renaissance hotel, especially with the incredible staff such as, R, Moht, Pond, Kate, and Sun. I can't wait to comeback next year!

We’ve just returned home from our forth visit to this lovely hotel. If you’re looking for a calm and relaxing hotel in Phuket this is it. We always hire a car here as it is north Phuket and a lot quieter area than central but easy to get around Phuket and cross the bridge to explore Phang Nga. A special thanks to Miss Tanny and the team who helped us with our booking and throughout our extended stay due to flight disruption. Down at the sandbox restaurant the staff are amazing with Moht, Fon & Prae really standing out for us. Also I’d like to thank Job,Ning & Yoyo who keep the gym immaculate and are always on hand for advice or to help. And lastly I can’t forget the famous“R” , “Aod” and the other guys at the pool who looked after us and entertained us throughout our stay. I apologise if I’ve missed anyone, everyone at this hotel goes the extra mile to make your stay memorable and we will be back!!
