Located close to airport, friendly staff and amazing breakfast. Nice, clean rooms and linen and premium (perhaps best) toiletries in any hotel.

Located near to the airport and in a busy business area, it has a lot of eating and shopping options nearby. Not to mention, the Taj brand name speaks for itself, and in that regard all basics are in correctly in place. Good breakfast.

I have stayed in Taj properties over the last 20 years and this is not only my worst Taj experience but perhaps close to the worst hotel experience in my life. IHCL, the holding company, has expanded aggressively which has meant that many of the hotels are not directly under Taj management and service standards have been severely compromised. Some of my observations: 1. Their Taj Inner Circle membership is not linked with their new points program, neupass. I am credited with zero stays. 2. They had an issue with the website and I had to book via Expedia; on check-in, the lady had to seek special permission from her manager to process my registration and kept me waiting 3. The lifts were not cleaned; it was strewn with used tissues and general dust.. even packed cinema halls fare better 4. Upon entering the room, I found the granite table top was not cleaned and had water stains from cups/glasses that were left there 5. I sat on the bedside chair and it broke into pieces; I fell against the bed edge and injured my ear 6. Bathtub was unusable; it had black dirt/spots all over 7. When I wondered over to the 6th floor to look for the breakfast place and asked a staff, his response was "humko nahin pata, hum toh naya hein" 8. At breakfast, I interacted with 3 different servers and maybe it was my luck but all of them offending body odours; one should not judge as we all have body odour but you'd expect better from the service industry especially whilst eating

Maya bar is beautiful. And jacuzzi room is fabulous.

Excellent Location attached to City Centre 2 Shopping Centre. Room sizes were all quite big. Well maintained property. Staffs were all excellent.
