Le Panoramic Boutique Hotel

Too much noise in the mornings. Shower courtains smell, must be replaced. Not easy to park as there is no parking and parking on the street is limited. Owner is nice.

Perfect Location with a beautiful view over the city of Nice

The place has an amazing view. Truly panoramic. The street where it’s located could be difficult for people with mobility problems and could be dangerous for young children. But has free parking right in front. There are a lot of stairs to handle with luggage, so traveling light helps. For those that like walking/ hiking is a good opportunity to walk to town. Overall the place is really well cared and fantastic view.

Nice hotel with a wonderful view on the city.Staff were very welcoming and very helpful. They gave us recommendations on what to do and where to go in Nice. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant which was delicious and a pretty good deal (€8 for a lot of food), so we had it the day after again before we left.

We arrived for a one night stay. The owners were a lovely couple who gave us all the information we needed. I had requested a quiet room which it was. We liked the way it was decorated. The bathroom was a little small and the mattress a little hard for us but it will be fine for some people. We ate at the hotel and I would highly recommend the dinner and breakfast both of a very high standard. In the sunshine this place would be a little gem, we enjoyed our short stay.

We had a nice family stay in hotel Panoramic. The hotel is located in an area which offers a nice city view. There is a bus link to the main train station however we loved walking. The stuff was nice and polite however the breakfast they offered was quite limited and the WiFi was malfunctioning.

Room was spotless and had a lot of extra touches lovely antique furniture, lamps, beautiful cushions. Own private terrace that overlooked nice with sea views. We had dinner once in the restaurant which was fantastic best food of our stay by far. Lovely couple who really cared about their guests.

My girlfriend and I had an excellent stay at Le Panoramic. Pros: - Awesome view from our room - Clean hotel - Friendly staff Cons: - the walls are quite thin so you can hear people talking in the morning, but don't let that put you off I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Spectacular view of Nice. Charming hotel with a great owner/operator who cooks a pretty solid 'American Breakfast', best I had on my trip. Only warning I offer is to not look for parking down the little laneway just past the front gate. It's super narrow and a dead end. Took over 30min just to back my minivan out.
