The hotel was very nice but a few things could be fixed. We need a mirror outside the bathroom. Since there is no fan in the bathroom, it gets very humid and wet in the room. The mirror takes a long time to dry up. The breakfast needs more of a variety with better quality meats. Over excellent service, front desk was phenomenal.

Very cute and quiet hotel. Beds were a little stiff but I still had a good nights sleep.

I like the staff, the food and the location. The shower was weak and the bathtub didn’t work well.

It’s nice place and close to many locations. All staffs are friendly.

Their hotel advertised free airport transportation. We had to pay for a cab on the way to the airport and they said we misunderstood about the transportation. They also made us pay extra taxes upon arrival and said it was something about a tourist tax. There is no swimming pool or fitness center and the bed is too low to the floor. The toilet in the room did not work very well and it did not seem clean or sanitary. When we went on our tour for Machu Picchu, the front desk took our key and then almost refused to give it back when we returned that night. They didn't have any good recommendations for places to eat other than the hotel. The bartender, bellyboy and chef were very friendly, though! We were given complimentary drinks our first night. The breakfast was delicious as well.

Bring your noise canceling headsets and earplugs. All rooms are on main courtyard with thin windows. Two televisions blare night and day and people make all kinds of noise. Acoustics are great
