Nodo Cusco Santa Teresa

The location of this hotel is very nice, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was generous and delicious. My only critique was that there can be quite a bit of noise in the lobby which echoes off of the tile. This was most noticeable at 3 am when large groups were gathering to leave for sightseeing trips. There is little "sound-proofing" so the noise in other rooms and in the lobby is pretty common.

ﾛｲﾔﾙインカⅡを予約していたのにいっぱいだと言われ、１ブロック隣のﾛｲﾔﾙｲﾝｶⅠに移動させられた。広場のまん前にあり、便利。空港からの無料タクシーがついていたので、現地で交渉することなく乗れた。しかしそこに誰か乗ってきて次の日の）タクシーの予約をちゃっかりさせられた。ちょうど交渉しないといけなかったのでちょうどよかったが、少し値切って交渉成立。帰り空港までの送りも無料とうたっていたが、どちらか片道だけといわれ、手配はしてくれたが支払った。 部屋はあまり期待していなかったので普通。通りに面していたようで夜遅くまでインカの音楽での宴を外でやっていたようでうるさかった。嘲笑は出してくれるがそんなにおいしくない。朝早いときもボックスに入れて持って行っていいと言われたがあまり持っていくものがなかった

The hotel is basic. What it lacked in luxury or amenities was made up for by the staff who were gracious and helpful. The breakfast was quite decent. Well maintained, bright, cheerful and spacious.

Check-in in was a nightmare and the "free wifi" didn't reach our room, so we only had wifi in the lobby- but outside of that everything was good. Breakfast had an omlette bar! Yum

Esta muy bien ubicado. Lamentablemente no tuvimos servicio de internet y las televisiones son pequeñas y antiguas. Nuestra habitacion desafortunadamente estaba enseguida del cuarto de limpieza y se escuchaba mucho el ruido. El personal es muy amable y atento.

Los trabajadores del hotel son muy amables. El hotel tiene un estilo un tanto rustico. Deben cambiar las televisiones y mejorar el sistema de clima. Tuvimos la necesitad de la calefaccion y calentaba muy poco. La comodidad es muy regular.

We made our reservation with Royal Inka 11. We received our confirmation # through email from Hotels.com for Royal Inka 11. When we showed up that night and I showed them the confirmation email I received from Hotels.com. As soon as they saw that we booked them through Hotels.com they said they didn't have any rooms and that I would have to go to their sister hotel Royal Inka 1 a block down the road. My wife and I said ok because it was late and we were tired. The Royal Inka 1 was not nearly as nice as the Royal Inka 11. They gave us room 600. It looked like they converted a storage closet into a room. There were no windows to the outside, only to the hallways surrounding the room which were frosted plexiglass with no curtains and you could still see through them. We had to put towels over them for privacy. You also had to bend down to get through the door or you would hit your head, which I did many times. The decor was straight out of the 60's. The shower went from hot to cold on ten second intervals. Anyone walking down the hall sounded like they were walking around your bed. I could go on and on about how bad it was! I personally think as soon as they heard my reservation was through Hotels.com they automatically put us in the Royal Inka 1 because of the discounted price I was paying. Very disappointing experience! I will not use Hotels.com again!!!!!!!

Overall, there was an issue in booking thru expedia, they did not have our room ready. I showed them expedia booking and it took about an hour to get it resolved and more to get the room ready, we left our luggage and went out for coffee for a couple of hourse during that time. Hotel is very pleasant, clean and comfortable. There is road noise since its on a busy road. Hot water shower pressure is very weak.

The hotel itself is good and the location is amazing; it is basically located a block from the center of town and shops and it made it so easy to go out. The bad part was that they had lost our reservation and did not have the room we had requested. The problem was resolved but it was more of a hassle than I wanted it to be since I was on vacation and after traveling a whole day was not in the mood to argue with somewhat incompetent attendants. If you can get over the undertrained staff you will enjoy the location and the breakfast was also great!
