"Good"

Constant bad odor in the bathrooms. Do not trust in the wake up call in the morning. Twice we asked for something to de deliver and we needed to remind them twice.

Royal Inka II is perfectly located, with most of the major attractions within a 10-minute walk from the hotel.The staff is very courteous and helpful, and greets you with a smile every time you pass them. The Wi-Fi works well in the central area of the hotel. The free breakfast was better than most free breakfasts we have experienced before. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would go back if we visited Cusco again!

"Great location"

Great location, steps from the Plaza de Armas. Hotel rooms are not particularly fancy, but are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed there with our 4 young kids, ages 4-9, and the staff was very helpful. Good breakfast included. I think it's a very good value for the price, and I'd stay there again.

"Great Location"

The hotel was located right in the center of the historic/tourist district. It is a couple of blocks of the main square which means you do not have street noise. The service was always warm, friendly, and efficient. The hotel had a wonderful varied breakfast daily with an omelet bar, rolls, local fruits and veggies, ... The only problems we experienced at the hotel was the noise from other rooms or guests. Our rooms our separated by ventilation areas accessed by stained glass windows. Even with our windows closed we could hear every comment from neighboring rooms. This was miserable when I all I wanted was to sleep! Overall, it was a great hotel!

"Great location in an older hotel"

We had a good stay and especially enjoyed the location. Walking distance to the center and there are lots of shopping/eating options very close to the hotel. Additionally, the breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful with all requests. The hotel is a bit dated, but still clean.
