I like this hotel, the location is perfect, the room is average, the breakfast is good for the price. If you want great service and location book this one.

"Royal Inka II"

6.0

Royal Inka II has a terriffic location, but lacks in other amennities for the price. Upon arrival we were given an old cold cup of cocoa tea in a styrofoam cup. The room was very small even though we had paid extra for the larger room. There was no fan or way to control the temperature in the room. It was a cold night out, but we were very hot in the room due to not being able to control a heating vent. The pillows and bed are in desperate need of changing. The best part about this hotel is the location it si right in the heart of the old colonial area. Also the breakfast was very good with an omelette station. During my return through Cusco I stayed at Rumi Wasi instead and while it didnt have quite as good of a location it was far superior in every other respect. A true treat! I would totally reccomend Rumi Wasi over Royal Inka II.

"Convenient location and excellent service"

The hotel was very conveniently located a few blocks from the main square and the service in the hotel was excellent. Our room was fairly basic, but the service made up for it.
