I love this hotel I will definitely be coming back to this boutique Mediterranean style hotel, it located where we wanted it to be close to beaches but away from busy and noisy city centre, the staff really do make this hotel as well, lovely staff treat you like your friend rather than customer, it was my birthday during my holiday aswell, on my birthday I came out of toilet and their was cleaner that been speaking to all week had Portuguese tartlet with birthday candle in it and wished me happy birthday. This is an amazing hotel and staff do their up most make sure you have amazing holiday, they can book trips for you on site and their have bike hire for 6 euros. Couldn’t have picked better hotel. Lagos it self is very beautiful place with all its different beaches every. Beach is different from vast waves to calming seas. Best holiday in a Long time.

Canavial 1 & 2 are large villas divided into apartments on opposite sides of a quiet road. Number 1 has 12 self catering apts with 4 upstairs all with great balconies, number 2 only has downstairs rooms available. Don't be confused by reviews here mentioning shared bathrooms and kitchens - these are not here, they are further down the road in Canavial 3 & 4! The rooms are spotless and the cleaners do an excellent job. The star of the show is Theresa who rules the roost and is absolutely lovely making sure that every guest has a great holiday. All of the staff are very friendly and meeting a cleaner from Tulse Hill was a thrill...! The location of these apartments was excellent for us, 3 houses from the end of the road with a network of footpaths around the point and up to the lighthouse. Depending on your view 4 or 5 beaches all within a 20 minute walk, if you have mobility issues you will find Praia Porto do Mos the easiest. The old town of Lagos approx 25-30 mins walk. The local supermarket (Eureka) is no more than 15 minutes walk (downhill on the way back) and there are a selection of beach front restaurants to chose from. Lagos is a busy town with plenty to do including water based excursions, great eateries and bars plus of course the obligatory shopping. If you have a car (we didn't) Sagres and Portimao are easy for a day trip. Tips from us would be to stock up with food and wine, enjoy the local walks and make the most of these lovely clean apaprtments, oh and give Theresa a big kiss from us!!

The staff were fantastic especially Carol who recommended restaurants in the area, she kept the place tidy (even when we had a break out of ants) and every time we saw her she was always so happy.

O lugar é muito confortável, bonito e aconchegante! Fica bem próximo da praia de mos e nós conseguimos ir a pé para outras praias de Lagos, como dona Ana, Camilo e afins. Pegamos duas diárias e não houve troca de roupa de banho, mas a equipe é muito solicita e atende a pedidos.

The staff were amazing, very welcoming and provided us with a lot of information about lagos arc beaches, directions, restaurants and culture. The hotel was quiet and very private. I felt at home almost instantly. When we had an issue with one of the keys at 2am, within ten minutes the owner was there to help us! Very good service. The cleaner "carol" was very friendly, informative and thorough. Folded our clothes, washed up our dishes and went out her way to make us feel welcome. She provided a portugal small cake with a candle on it for one of our birthdays! The hotel was beautiful and retro! Loved the 90s decor!! The pool was big and extremely clean. When checking in the reception staff were very sociable and we were provided with loads of leaflets and also told about bike hire. We booked our trip to benigial caves through the hotel for a reasonable price and we had a lovely time! The hotel had beautiful plants! All staff spoke fluent English and we had no issues with communication. We felt welcome and we were sad to leave out new friends! We will 100% be booking with these again!

+++ la situation du logement proche de Lagos et de Ponta de Piedade, l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel, la propreté irréprochable du logement. - la piscine un peu fraîche, l'isolation sonore entre les logements.

Un hôtel très agréable avec des chambres équipées de kitchenette (pratique pour les boissons et la nourriture). Salle de bain parfaite, terrasse et jardin arboré au top (équipé de transats chaises et table) super pour le pti dej ou l'apéro. La piscine n'est pas chauffée mais agréable quand il fait 32°C Super lieu, personnel sympathique, bon rapport qualité/prix, je recommande!
