Hotel Dominicana Plus Bavaro

I had stay @ Primaveral for a week it was awesome. I didn't eat breakfast because I always wake up late but the room was very comfortable. Management need to hire someone who speaks English so that the English speakers guests can be more comfortable.

Clean, cheapest rate around. Felt safe and comfortable with my family. Free breakfast was a plus!

I reserved for a king bed and they gave me queen plus the bath tub was clog

One of the characteristics listed says "Airport shuttle" but it is NOT free, there is a $30 charge for it; the only free service is a ride to the beach. Our room was not very clean, bathroom had hair in it, we also spotted tiny spiders AND a gecho in our room. Also, it says they have a restaurant which is completely untrue. Continental breakfast only had eggs and mashed potato; that's it (no fruit, juice, cereal etc) The guest service was good, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Broken floor and dirty rooms.

Not what I expected, at all. I'll start with the staff, they are the rudest people I have ever met. No one every greets us or acknowledged us. Just horrible. The first room they gave us only had lighting in the hall. So we asked to get switched, literally had to beg though. Then the second room they gave us had a broken faucet. At that point we gave up. The rooms don't have an iron, blow dryer or shampoo..

If you're looking for a real deal Dominican experience then this is definitely a place to stay. Friendly staff and tasty breakfast onsite. If you're looking for the resort experience, posh and anti-septic surroundings...then this is NOT the place for you. In the heart of Bavaro, walking distance to everything but the beach. Restaurants, bars, colmados (think convenience/general store with everything you may want, including liquor), farmacias, and other commercial establishments. Inexpensive places to eat and shop for food. Lively and authentic.

The part of the hotel I stayed in was outdated, the people there was courteous and helpful, little English.

hotel very difficult to find, sign not lit up barely visible. hotel desk clerk not friendly, possibly drunk verbally abusive. threatening,,held onto my luggage, then would not let me leave.

a little off the beaten path but clean staff was friendly quiet rooms are big nice pool it is worth a stay for the price you cant go wrong
