Hotel Dominicana Plus Bavaro

Hotel was really close to COCO BONGO. Aside from that the staff was really friendly but need to pay more attention to detains since when we got to the room there was no shampoo/conditioner nor soap and we had ti ask for it. When we got back to our room they had placed only soap and our bedroom door had been left onlocked which anyone could have take our things since wehad gone out for a long time. Asides from that hotel is good for sleeping but nothing else.....

We booked our room in advance, but they couldn't find our reservation. It took about 45 minutes to find it. We paid online but they insisted we didn't. That took time to resolve. We were on the 3rd floor and no elevator. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere close to a neighborhood that doesn't look good or safe. The staff weRe all great and helpful. The dining staff was outstanding and prepared our meal freshly. They checked on us and great service.

The hotel itself is a very good value. The location however is horrible. It is in a very sketchy area. If you rented a car or were men it would be ok. We stayed one night and booked another hotel. The staff speaks spanish.

I will not recamend anyone to this motel in the room have roch runing I wasn't even please about the room.I think I deserve my money back.

This was a great hotel for the price. I only needed to stay for a night so very convenient. Neiborhood is not the best however I did not feel I was endangered. it was completely clean...quiet... Friendly.... I would stay again for a short stay especially for the execellent price. Please get the exact address cause taxi does not know off hand this location. Not in a tourist area.

Primaveral is a nice Hotel but you can see lack of maintenance.In the restaurant, which is poorly served despite the efforts of his young chef, the waiter dozed while the cook was preparing one of the two offered options. Lack lighting in some areas and pool paint is in poor condition, as well as disconnected but with the spotlights lights dangling in the water. A trash in the pool smelled really bad. The staff was very attentive and the room is spacious, but again, poor maintenance.

There was a shuttle that took you to the beach. I took 3 tours that were excellent.

Very rude front desk when I called for transfer. And they said no shuttle I asked was it not available at the moment she said " No transfer ever" and hung up. I found another hotel and after checking in to this gorgeous hotel (apartahotel green coast hotel) I went to primaveral let's just say I'm very happy I didn't make it to that hotel)

Good stay. Very nice people.

Centric and relatively comfortable for the price. No hot water and personnel not well educated and lacks customer service skills
