Very humble but the TV control disappeared the second day, form there everything had to be manual

We had an extremely horrible experience with this hotel. Upon arrival we came to the front desk for information. The lady at the front desk, due to her nasty and mean attitude made us run to the parking lot to look for another hotel. Which by the way is in peak season to find a place on the spot. Luckily, Wyndham Elysian had a room for me and my family. They gave the very best hospitality and quick service. Due to their excellent work ethics is the only reason why I would even think to come back to St Thomas.

The property is ok it just needs a lot of updating.

I stayed in room 3. The room was ok until I notice the ceiling fan was not working, the kitchen sink leaked all over the floor when I turned it on to wash a cup, refrigerator was dirty and had an open bag of ice, patio had a towel hanging on a chair, someone left their underwear and bathing suit on the couch, there was a molded sponge on the sink, the floor was sticky so I wore my crocs. The toilet was not working I had to open the tank and force the rubber down so the tank would fill up with water to flush. The sink had hair on it and around the knobs were dirty and dog poop in front of my door until the rain washed it away. They did give fresh towels everyday. Luckily I had Lysol wipes in my carry on and was able to wipe all the dirty surfaces, toilet, shower stall and knobs. I personally wouldn’t book again. The staff was friendly but I did not get to voice my opinion on the room because of the hours I spend on the property.

Sunset Gardens have an Amazing View. The breeze is wonderful. The staff treats you like Royalty. The beds was comfortable and the apartment was in immaculate condition. I’m going to stay here again.

The hotel was okay, as expected. However, there was a lot of noisy, fellow guets at the pool late and in the halls. It didn't seem to matter to the management as nothing was said or done because it was reoccurring incidents.

This property was very clean with gorgeous views. It was literally close to all the shopping centers and fast food. The only thing that I had a problem with was taxi cabs (new drivers) finding the location, and there isn’t a location on the gps for this property.

The property was located in a run-down area, but had a great view of the harbor and Water Island. The staff were excellent and very helpful.

Deb and Fay were amazing! We loved our room! Our balcony overlooking the city and water was amazing! We plan on making memories here every year!

Stayed here for 4 nights. Fantastic views and friendly staff. Room needed cleaning and kitchen shelf was slanted so microwave is tilted. Not helpful for heating bowls and mugs as they spill. No hair dryer as pictured and internet was pretty bad. But having cable tv helped pass the time in the evenings. Be prepared for the local rooster to wake you in the morning. All in all not bad for the money, and very convenient for the airport. Would stay again with reasonable expectations.
