Nice stay

I have been a loyal Marriott customer for years. I would never stay here again. The room is completely outdated which includes no ports to plug in electronics. AC in room did not work. No water pressure in shower. The icing on the cake was ,late at night I was sleeping and was woken up abruptly to someone opening my door! The front desk assigned my room with working key to another guest. It was absolutely scary . I complained to front desk but fell on deaf ears. I will never stay here again.

We came to New Jersey to attend a dinner and wanted to stay in close proximity to the restaurant, where the dinner was being held. We were unfamiliar with this property, so we relied on the online information. We were very pleased with both the service and the accommodations. The property is easily accessible from Route 22 and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. We would definitely consider staying here again. It was an overall enjoyable experience.

What I love the most was that Brady was amazing. Very welcoming as soon as we walked through the door. The one night that my family and I stay at the hotel was very comfortable and I will be coming back again. Brady is amazing and a great asset to the company.

What I didn like is that my family and I could not experience being around the fire pit. Again Brady was onto of it trying to get it to work but nothing was working other then that the atmosphere was amazing

Great hotel! The room was pretty large and comfortable. The breakfast was different every day, and the lady that works at breakfast during the week was very nice. Room service is by request only and we didn’t use it, they also have a small indoor pool and a gym. The only issue we had was the water, they must have been having some problem with it because or it was burning hot or it was cold, and there was one day they had to shut down the water, so I guess they were working on it. Everything else was great! Nice place! Will stay there again.

Nice big rooms.

It was a clean, quiet stay (and the hot water was fine - see July 26 review). This was our first stay at a Residence Inn though we have 25 stays at Marriott properties this year including the Marquis in DC and other higher-end hotels. The decor, firepit, breakfast, and comfortable bed made for a nice stay. The workout facility is adequate but pretty dated if that's important to you. The pool was empty but looked fine.

Clean and quiet with nice staff and good breakfast. But…Lukewarm water in the room all week due to an ongoing hot water issue. Received Marriott points as compensation but when the indoor pool is warmer than a shower no amount of points can make up for it. Checked out a day early.

It was a great place, very large suite. For the most part, I had no complaints. I did have one or two minor quibbles: 1) the shower is probably very far from the water heater, so it takes more than 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower. However, once the water is hot, there is plenty of it. 2) I loved that the TV in the room had Netflix, Pandora, and Amazon Prime Video preloaded onto it, so I could just sign in and watch. However, several times over the course of my week-long stay, I lost the connection and was unable to stream. I was still connected through my phone, so the wifi was still working, but I could not watch anything streaming on the TV. 3) the counter right next to the door was leaning a bit. It looked like someone had left something heavy on it, so it had visibly moved from where it was plastered to the wall. But I didn't use that counter, so it isn't really anything to complain about. Overall, I loved it and highly recommend.
