I was very dissappointed in my stay at this condo. first issue was that the refrigerator did not cool our drinks or groceries. Second issue was that the dryer didnt work and when you are vaactioning and washing your own laundry a dryer is essential. Third and biggest issue in hot Florida the ac went out. Also there was only one elevator in operation at the time of our stay and that was very inconvenient.

We had an amazing time. The facility made sure that at a decent hour everyone was quiet, which was great for us cause I have young children. Very nice place the ocean was beautiful! I most definitely would stay there again!

We stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed our time in PCB. It was a nice, comfortable condo. Bed sheets were clean, bunk bed for the kids, a full kitchen with supplies, washer/dryer combo helped out, location was great ( close to stores, restaurants, fun places, etc.), nice balcony overlooking the gulf, the pool area was always full and no one was social distancing what so ever The only reason I'm not fully happy with it, is because there are only 2 elevators, packed with people waiting to go up, we just used the stairs instead, they were packed too. There was no front desk and no housekeeping. So, we had to make do with 4 towels, washing them daily. Also, when we entered the condo the floor was dirty with sand. Which means they probably didn't clean it. I did like the food place and small store on site Walk straight past the pools and you're on the beach, that was a plus. Overall it was a pretty good stay, and I would recommend! We may stay again when we visit.

We stayed in room 631. It really could use some updating. I read the poor reviews on the elevators. But, they must have have got them working some. It was slower diring peak times. But, not too bad. Bikini Bobs was perfect for lunch everyday and great frozen drinks for cheap!!. The beach is in great condition. They even provide air to blow up your floats. They have a big box for beach toys to share and donate "take one or leave one". Overall our family had a great time!!

Our overall stay was great. However, I know the rooms are decorated separately but our room didn’t have anything. We didn’t have soap or blankets or washer and dryer and the rug that was in the living room had soured from being wet. I know this isn’t the condominiums fault. I will stay there next time, just in a different room.

Check in time was 4:00pm . we arrived at 3 and was told our room wouldn’t be ready until 8:00pm due to being short staffed. We already had our day planned out for a airboat ride at 5 and our 16 year old was going to stay in the condo.. after complaining and explaining our situation the kind lady at the front desk Swapped our room for one that was available.. the room wasn’t cleaned and they had black mold growing in the ceiling throughout.. the thermostat was programmed to stay at 74 degrees which was horrible.. The elevators was broken so climbing 13 stories was horrible also!! Only one elevator was operable and was an 1hr Waite to get on every time we need to use it..

Views from room were great. Balcony door was very hard to slide open. Elevators need to be worked on. Not worth what is charged.

Our room was newly renovated and very cute! Everything was perfect except the elevators. Expect a 5-15 minute wait to get up and down from your floor. Only 1-2 working elevators and lots of people. Oh and some floors buttons don’t work.

Overall experiance was ok. Not the best after coming to pcb many years. It was first time staying in this hotel. Our check in was 4pm we didnt get our room till about 7:30 pm. We didnt use and appliances but the stove didnt work , the washer machince was leaking and full of water inside, the coffe makers didnt work. And since we check in and around hallways and pool it smelled like smoke and weed.
