Summit Beach Resort by Resort Collection

Checked in at the Majestic Resort...their staff was horrible!!! Stayed at the Summit Resort....their staff amazing!! Room was not the room i booked and had some cleaniness issuse. Elevator took forever to come down or go up. Pool and tiki bar were great!! Thanks Nikki for the amazing drinks!

This room,(you don’t get to select your room on Expedia) is very outdated. The shower is extremely loud. The shower rod kept falling down. There are no pictures on the wall so it isn’t very homely. The sliding glass door on the balcony is missing a roller so it has to be lifted up to open. The shower did not drain properly until i cleaned it out (had a lot of hair clogging it up). There is no ceiling light in the bedroom. Overall, this place is average or below average at best. Some units here are updated but the one that is available on Expedia is not. The pool area is fabulous, Bikini Bob’s and the staff were great. The tiki bar is great. The room itself was the worst part of Summit Beach Resort.

I wasn’t able to locate the washer and dryer but everything else was good

Condo was not very clean, no current updates. Additional cleaning charges at check in. Which apparently were not used very well. Location was great, will not stay in this condo again.

The property was right on the beach and the pools were big and nice. However, our room wasn’t ready and had to wait for almost two hours. Also the room was very dingy, shower door was broken and wouldn’t close all the way, and the sink disposal was leaking so the kitchen smelled like mildew. Oh only one elevator worked so that made it frustrating going up and down.

Arriving after my son was told only one parking pass per unit. Add clearly stated two. Was told Hoa changed overnite. HOAmanager was not in his office. Called left message never returned call. Was told I woukd but fortunately did not get towed. have to park in remote lot. I refused. Should not change rules after reservation is made. Elevstors brokd down all the time.

The location is good, right on the beach. The place has potential but room was outdated to the point where it looked run down. The elevators kept breaking and that made going up to the 13th floor hard. I wouldn't stay again but can't say it was terrible, the view made up for it.

Elevators were not working. You could smell the dumpster through out the parking lot. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. This is not a resort just a giant motel.

The stackable washer dryer combo flooded the condo on the first night. Maintenance came in and was gonna replace the appliance, I never heard anything from them. The tub-shower unit wouldn’t drain. We had to take showers every day and night with everybody’s body fluid to our knees. We had 6 people with daily baths and no towels except our beach towels I brought. The remotes for the TVs had no backs. We had to hold the batteries in so they would work. I called and went to the office everyday to get help but promises is all I got. I won’t be back.

Had received multiple emails with different instructions on where to check in, so ended up driving back and forth to 3 places before finding the right location, which was annoying. Room was thankfully ready when we got to check in. Condo was decent, plenty of room, not super clean, pull out very worn and no sheets. Location and view great! Only 1 small hot tub was actually hot. No one was enforcing the no smoking policy at the pool or anywhere on property, so frequently going through clouds of cigarette or weed smoke. Arcade room was sad, change machine broken, would definitely not call that an arcade. Decent place for our kids' soccer tournament weekend, but wouldn't stay again for the price we had to pay.
