Summit Beach Resort by Resort Collection

Check in was a timely wait. Counter staff were friendly, however seemed understaffed given the traffic in and out of office. Elevators seldom worked properly and there was a lack of pride taken in there establishment, this was reflected in how little seemed to be taken care of. Smelled like weed everywhere you went on the grounds. Won't be staying here again in the future !

I was right on the beach which was nice. But several things didn’t work in the room. Several lights didn’t work. The stove wouldn’t come on. There was a big leak under the sink when you turned on the water. The internet service work good for my kids tablets but not for the tv. And sometimes the elevator didn’t work right. That’s not good on the 13th floor. Overall I give it 3 stars.

Very nice location for a quick getaway

The pictures listed on the vrbo website is not the actual property you stay in. It was dated Inside, but it had WiFi and Roku. There is no washer/ drier inside condo -which is why we chose this one. View was great and the security on site was good to have. Pools and hot tubs were well maintained.

Online pictures of room did not reflect actual room.

Room was filthy, nothing like it was pictured, air conditioner did not work. Everything was just filthy!

I’ve been going to Panama City for 30 years and this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The room was SO dirty. My 2 year olds feet turned black after just an hour in this room. There was mold in the shower, dirt on all the surfaces. The dishes were dirty. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. For the money we spent I was so disappointed!
