Our air conditioning didn't work , ceiling fan didn't work , elevator worked sometimes

Great condo. Everything was clean, the staff at the counter was friendly and helpful. Condo had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Great spot. Had plenty of room for my wife and 2 boys

This property was nice cozy and relaxing just what I was looking for

We didn’t realize when we checked in there would be an additional $186 to pay. Thought I was paid in full but apparently not. So instead of having $200 extra dollars. After driving six hours for a weekend getaway had to fork out 1/2 of my spending money right off the rip. Thanks

The room carpet was very dirty and the smell was very bad, the AC was not working only the fan. Furniture very old and dirty. Not as described in the picture, and the extra fee we have to pay at checking. the only thing we enjoyed was the balcony, beautiful view!

It was in a great location and it accommodated my family as expected

We have stayed at the Summit hundred of times through the years, but this time, it was the most disappointing visit. The online photos did not match with the actual look in the condo. The furniture was old and not comfortable. The faucet in the kitchen sink had a leak and it squirted water all over my shirt when I turned the faucet on. The condo is old and lack of repairs plus there was hardly any decorations. It needs an overhaul. Should not have been used for rental.

I did not like that you could not pick your room. The room we received was 1325. The electrical outlets would not hold chargers and so forth. The unit was run down and needed updates, but still functional. There was always long waits for the elevator. All in all it was a good trip but was disappointed with the looks of the room.

Located on the beach. The room we were assigned was outdated but had everything we needed including a in unit washer and dryer.
