Summit Beach Resort by Resort Collection

I loved the condo. It was clean and well maintained. The view was gorgeous and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. The only thing I would change is the amount of traffic around my room made it hard to sleep as the bedroom was right by the high traffic window.

We were not able to check-in until 5:30pm, due to housekeeping running late. The room was Motel 6 grade. Bare bones. No remote for the tv in the bedroom. 4 towels given for 5 people on a 4 day stay. Cabinet was full of wine glasses but only 2 drinking glasses. There were plenty of cooking pots but not a single frying pan to make breakfast. The shower head was pitiful, barely a sprinkle. The television in the livingroom didn't work properly, every channel was snowy. 4 elevators on the property, but only 2 working all week. The wait was very long and each elevator was extremely crowded. We ended up checking out and moving to The Shores of Panama which is absolutely stunning!

It was run down and nothing like the pictures. We had trouble from the moment we tried to get our key to the point we left. Couldn’t even get new towels or blankets. On top of that the ramp coming from the beach was poorly maintained. I slipped the last day and hurt my wrist.

The room we reserved was not the room we received, mold on the ceiling, toilet flooded and maintenance was called but did not arrive until 5-6 hours later and said the resort never called him. Elevators kept breaking down and not working which when you have a 60 year old with you with breathing issues , climbing stairs is not a good thing when on the 7th floor. I would not ever stay here again

Our stay at Summit Condominium Resorts was fabulous. The perfect place for our getaway with 2 grandsons.

It was clean condo. The staff was nice and curtious. It was around everything coventient. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would stay again. I was on the first floor.

When we first arrived the room we got was horrifying!! No way I would have ever sat on the furniture, much less sleep in the unit. Called two Expedia agents with zero help. People at the front seat of the summit were super rude! Finally got a room that could be stayed in. Still dirty but not near as bad as the first one. Will NEVER book through Expedia again!

I've stayed at Summit five times and everything has always been nice. The rooms themselves are hit or miss room 1412 is a total miss it was the worst room I've stayed in. No washer or dryer, no beach decorations, rust on most metal,gross trim. Not a good room. Other rooms have been very nice.

The condo was very nice

It was a terrible experience. I did early check in at noon and didn’t get into our room until 7pm. We had drove 10 hours with a 5 year old already. Our shower was exploding everywhere, flooded the bathroom all week. The staff was rude and not helpful. The room was molded.
