Friendly and helpful

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location, a short stroll to the village wall and old town. The rooms were very nice although I would have preferred a sage in the room rather Han having to request access at reception every time I needed my iPad and whilst the breakfast was very nice the selection was limited, otherwise I would have rated 5 stars

Staffs were friendly and I like the quiet environment however, the shower facility in my room was terrible. The drainage was super slow and the water only subside five minutes after my shower. Highlighted to the front desk staff and they say will look into it but sadly, nothing was done throughout my for nights stay. The water temperature for the heater was inconsistence and need to be cautious during shower.

Nice hotel , in good area

Really convenient located in the Centre of the old city. Easily can walk to the ancient walls. I only shared for a few nights and moved on elsewhere (I don’t like to base myself in one location for too long). I personally thought the price was reasonable for what you were getting

Overall stay was excellent, however shower head should be on an actual stand aiming down as otherwise it just fires onto the bathroom floor.

The bedroom allocated to us (209) was filthy, the dust was thick within the lampshades and the toilet was stained yellow from years of urine, the staff didn't care when we told them. Why is that acceptable? How much is a loo seat??? I would not recommend staying here but had no choice as was part of a tour. The only really good thing about this hotel it it's location. The music played at breakfast drove everyone nuts too, one song over and over. The music was kind of funny.

Great rooms and love having the pool right beside the beach and sea.

The hotel is located a bit far from the "action" in Chiang Mai, about 20 min walk to main streets, markets and street food. For the night bazaar or Maya shopping mall, you will have to take a red truck or a tuk-tuk. The breakfast is full of Asian options, but for Westerners, toast, butter, eggs and veggies. Same breakfast everywhere in SE Asia. Nobody seems to want to add some diversity. The coffee is horrible. But across the street is a cafe-laundromat - This is souvenir & cafe - and they have great coffee. The room was disappointing. First of all, the bed had wheels and it moved all the time. We asked the Reception to bring something to block its wheels but we got ignored and then we dropped it. The bathroom was old, the walls had mold and the tiles were chipped. We also used their "spa services": massage and facial. The treatments were not that bad but the place is horrible. Old, bad sheets, therapists talking over the phone while treating you - no spa atmosphere. The city is full of massage parlours, just go somewhere else! Plenty of better choices! In conclusion, this hotel is OKish if you stay only few days and do not plan to spend much time in the room.
