Nice location

Not enough staff. Tables at reception were left to get loaded with glasses/bottles. Breakfast wasn’t the best.

"Easygoing hotel in the countryside"

A pleasant and efficient country village hotel, friendly reception, nice rather large room, great and comfortable bed.

Bathroom needs an upgrade and during spring time in Scotland it still makes sense to switch on the heating during the night (even when there were three days of gorgeous weather during the day).

Been here a few times We like the whole hotel. Renovations have been done and the place looks fantastic

Had a false alarm on first afternoon of our stay. And a two hour power cut the second day. So was a bit disappointed with that. But it didn’t really put me off the hotel in general
