"Goede kamers en goede bedden en prima ontbijt"

Een goed hotel op een mooie locatie.

Het personeel moet nog een een cursus klantvriendelijkheid krijgen. Net als de vorige 2 keren stonden we een tijd te wachten voordat men bij de incheck uitgebeld was, tenminste men had de telefoonhoorn vast zonder iets te zeggen. De bar moet apart van hotel betaald worden, terwijl er op kamernummer besteld kan worden en men de creditkaartgegevens gewoon heeft. Na avondje gezelligheid naar bed, vergeten te betalen wordt je rond 1.15u (!) uit bed gebeld , want er moet NU betaald worden. Behoorlijk klantonvriendelijk.

Die Lage

Schade hat es im Aussenbereich nur Alutische und Stühle. Bei Hitze sehr unangenehm. Ausserdem wird die Minigolfanlage unter den alten Bäumen nicht mehr betrieben.

L'endroit ,le cadre .

Le personnel croisé durant le séjour ne dit pas spécialement bonjour ni merci lorsque l'on tient la porte pour eux passer .
