Mooi hotel in een prachtige omgeving. Prima kamer. Heerlijk ontbijt. Ook het restaurant serveert heerlijke gerechten. Het zwembad is een pluspunt. Vriendelijk personeel.

Wij waren rond half 11 's ochtends aan gekomen. Omdat het heel heet was in Frankrijk, zijn wij 's nachts naar Dinant gereden. Wij mochten pas om half 4 onze kamer op. Geen minuut eerder. Wel kwartier later. Zit je 5 uur met oververhitte hond in de lounge te wachten in de hitte. Dit vond ik nou niet echt gastvriendelijk en gastvrij.

"Niet aan te raden."

- Mooi zwembad en jacuzzi. - Mooie ligging van het hotel. - Ruime kamer.

- Geen vriendelijk personeel. - Ontbijt voldeed niet aan verwachtingen. Zure chocomelk en weinig variatie in belegbuffet (en al zeker niet vers). - Koud tot lauw water om te douchen. - Restaurant van hotel helemaal niet aan te raden (zeer trage bediening, taai biefstuk, amper pepersaus...). Gewoon geen leuke ervaring.

De mooie omgeving en vriendelijk en behulpzaam aan de receptie

Het balkon biedt geen privacy, het ontbijt was lekker,maar had meer variatie verwacht. De airco op de kamer kon beter. Vind de prijs-kwaliteit vrij duur.
