Castel de Pont-a-Lesse

This is the second time I’ve used this hotel in the last 12 months. It’s comfortable, very clean and where possible the staff are helpful and friendly. The area it’s set in is very tranquil and green, and the grounds of the hotel are large and pleasant to spend time in, albeit the crazy golf wasn’t open. The running and walking options on the door step are superb, and climbing if you want. Dinant is a superb day visit and great boat trips.

I stayed again to show my wife the town of Dinant, what I hadn’t realised was how expensive a taxi was to town, UBER wanted €60 each way €120 in total - thats for around 12k in total. There’s no other way to get down to the train station which saves c2k of walking, so bit out on a limb. The menu was identical to October last year and a tad uninspired, breakfast has deteriorated in choice and quality since last year also.

Sa situation au calme et pourtant à côté de Dinant .. le complexe hôtelier et le jardin magnifiques .. et le restaurant excellent !

Le lieu est sympa...en retrait de la ville. La chambre était propre, une bonne literie. Le petit déjeuner était complet et bon.

Nous avons eu très chaud et la partie SPA est un plus. Il manque cependant de transats, chaises. Pour 30 personnes 5 transats c est juste

C'est mon deuxième séjour. J'ai apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, la taille des chambres, le grand parc et la nature environnante.

Niveau restauration, l'offre m'a déçue car elle était assez banale. Par ailleurs, l'offre était insuffisante: il n'y avait pas assez (voir pas du tout) de propositions végétariennes/vegan/intolérances. Concernant le parc, certains des arbres remarquables mériteraient d'être mieux mis en valeur car ils sont magnifiques. J'y étais début mai et le lieu m'a semblé étonnement vide cette fois-ci. Une partie du parc semblait être en rénovation et certaine partie semblait être laissée à l'abandon (mini-golf par exemple). Ce deuxième séjour m'a moins plu qu'en 2025 (pourtant, en 2025, j'étais venue fin mai donc quasi à la même période).

Wumderbarer Garten.Sehr ruhig. Hallenbad und sehr grosse Zimmer. Essen war herrvoragend

Ladestationen für E-Autos....Man kann das Aoto nur Laden, wenn man eine Karte des Anbieters hat. Mit normaler Kreditkarte nicht möglich.

Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en nam de moeite nederlands te spreken. Ruim ontbijtbuffet met lekkere koffie. ‘s Avonds genoeg keuze op menukaart. Fijn dat er een zwembad was. Tip bij zwembad : klok bij zwembad en spiegel bij halletje met schoenenkast.

Douchen in bad is tegenvaller; glazen wand sloot niet goed aan op badrand met als gevolg een overstroming richting kamer. Met z’n tweeën een hele grote kamer met 2 x 2 persoonsbed maar 1 luie stoel . Zithoekje met 2 stoelen als je langer verblijft zal niet misstaan. Kapstok graag.
