The breakfast was superb with very friendly and helpful staff.Bed was comfortable.

Television only received BBC channels do I couldn't watch the World Cup in my room.Shower was very slow to heat up.Had to hold the toilet seat up when I went to the toilet as otherwise it would fall down.Dirty marks on floor in bathroom

Staff were welcoming & helpful. Lady on reception couldn't do enough for us. Proximity to rugby ground was great.

Food was not brilliant, gammon gristly & curry barely warm. Didn't understand the poppadom when no accompaniments were provided. Tried to have a drink at lunchtime but were told quite forcefully there was no room as all tables were taken. We could have stood at the bar maybe? But could see we weren't welcome.

The customer service was excellent with all staff being extremely friendly and helpful. The food was also excellent with a great choice on the menu and the portions huge!

Although the rooms, plumbing and heating are dated, everything worked.
