Not close to any restaurants, the restaurant at hotel was closed for summer?, bed mattresses was awfully uncomfortable.

Staff were excellent pleasant and helpful. Very close to train station,

No tea/ coffee facilities in room [ 4 star hotel ] . Shower needs upgrading . General area of hotel not the most inviting .

For a budget hotel, it is quiet and convenient to the train station and the duomo. Reasonable comfortable bed but only one very flat pillow each. Shower is hot but water flow is weak. Satisfactory breakfast with self fry eggs. Would be nice if a toaster is available as the toastie maker don't make toast Staff were courteous and polite.

The staff was great. Very welcoming and the service was fabulous. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Reggio Calabria.
