Staff in reception not friendly, ordered a meal and drink in restaurant, meal arrived and then I was asked if I would like a drink of water, I said I would like the drink I ordered. Staff member then went away and the girl at bar had to check computer to see if I had ordered a drink. Drink finally came. I was only one of 4 people in restaurant
